Prohibited Conduct
SproutCents is built for honest users completing genuine offers. The following activities are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure:
- Using bots, scripts, macros, emulators, or automated tools to interact with the platform
- Operating multiple accounts, sharing accounts, or selling access to an account
- Masking your location with VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to bypass regional restrictions
- Submitting false information, impersonating others, or manipulating offer completions
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for personal gain
- Reverse engineering, scraping, or attempting to access systems without authorization
- Harassing other users or SproutCents staff
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose
Acceptance of These Terms
By creating an account, clicking "I agree", or otherwise using SproutCents, you enter a binding agreement with us. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules posted on the platform, form the complete agreement between you and SproutCents.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect when published on this page. Material changes may also be communicated by email or in-app notice. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility
To register and use SproutCents, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
- Provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date
- Maintain only one account per person and household
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Not be barred from using similar services under any applicable regulation
Account Security and Responsibilities
You may sign in using email/password or supported providers such as Google and Discord. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
- Do not transfer, sell, or lend your account without our written consent
- Do not access another person's account
- Ensure payout destinations, such as wallet addresses, are correct before submitting a withdrawal
Consequences of violations
If we determine that you have breached these Terms, we may restrict features, reverse credits, cancel pending withdrawals, suspend your account, or terminate it permanently, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
Points, Offers, and Rewards
SproutCents awards points (sometimes referred to as SproutCoins) when you complete qualifying activities through our platform or partner networks, such as:
- Offers and app installs from integrated offer walls
- Surveys and research tasks
- Video or watch-based campaigns, where available
- Promotional events, missions, or limited-time bonuses
- Eligible referral commissions (see Section 7)
Important conditions on earnings
Points have no cash value until redeemed through an approved withdrawal method. The current conversion rate is 1,000 points = $1 USD, though we may adjust rates or offer values at our discretion with reasonable notice where practicable.
- Credits are issued only after a partner confirms valid completion
- Posting times vary by provider, from instant to several business days
- We may reverse points tied to chargebacks, fraud reviews, or incomplete offers
- Offer availability, payout amounts, and eligibility depend on your region, device, and partner inventory
- We do not guarantee any minimum income, offer availability, or approval rate
Withdrawals and Payouts
You may request to convert points into payouts subject to the rules below. All withdrawals are reviewed and processed at our discretion.
- The currently available method is crypto, with a minimum starting from 1,000 points ($1). Any methods marked Coming soon cannot yet be used for withdrawals
- Crypto processing times are estimates and requests are typically reviewed within 24–48 hours
- Available methods depend on your region and may be added or removed without notice
- You are solely responsible for providing correct payout details. We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect addresses or accounts
- Some methods may incur third-party fees or require additional verification
- We may place temporary holds on withdrawals flagged for fraud, unusual activity, or identity review
Identity verification (KYC)
We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time, including for large withdrawals, suspicious patterns, or routine compliance checks. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in blocked payouts or account suspension.
Referral Program
SproutCents may offer a referral program allowing you to earn a percentage of points generated by users you invite. Commission rates follow a tier system (starting at 5% and scaling up to 25% based on referral performance).
- Commissions are credited when referred users complete eligible offers
- Self-referrals, duplicate accounts, and incentivized sign-ups that violate partner rules are prohibited
- Artificial traffic, bots, or paid recruitment schemes will result in immediate termination
- We may modify commission tiers, pause the program, or discontinue it at any time
Referral abuse
Any attempt to manipulate the referral system, including fake accounts, coordinated fraud rings, or misleading promotion, leads to forfeiture of all referral earnings and permanent ban.
Suspension, Termination, and Forfeiture
We may suspend, limit, or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Violations of these Terms or partner offer rules
- Suspected fraud, abuse, or policy evasion
- Legal or regulatory requests
- Extended inactivity
- Technical or security incidents affecting the platform
Effect of termination
Upon termination you lose access to your account. Pending points, unprocessed withdrawals, and referral commissions may be forfeited without compensation. We are not obligated to provide refunds for terminated accounts.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and features of SproutCents are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws worldwide. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written permission.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT
- UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION
- ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF INFORMATION OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM
- ANY SPECIFIC EARNING OUTCOME OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY OF OFFERS
Third-party offers
Offers, surveys, and advertisements are provided by independent partners. We do not control their content, availability, tracking, or payout decisions and are not responsible for disputes between you and a partner.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPROUTCENTS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM:
- Your use of or inability to use the platform
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
- Statements or conduct of third parties on or through the Service
- Any other matter relating to SproutCents
Liability cap
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you successfully redeemed in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) fifty US dollars ($50).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SproutCents and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of:
- Your use of the platform
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Any harm alleged to have been caused by your conduct on or through SproutCents
Changes and Contact
We may revise these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest version. If you disagree with any change, discontinue use and contact us to close your account.
