Creating and using a SproutCents account has no platform fee. Individual partner offers may have their own eligibility, purchase, or deposit requirements, so always review the offer steps before starting.
No. VPNs, proxies, Tor, and similar tools may not be used to hide your location or bypass regional restrictions. Registration or access may be blocked, and an account detected using an anonymized network may be suspended.
No. SproutCents allows only one account per person and household. Operating multiple accounts or sharing an account violates our Terms and may result in restrictions, account closure, and forfeiture of affected rewards.
Select "Forgot password?" on the login screen, type in your email address, then follow the link we send you to set a new password.
Open the Settings section on your Profile page. Your username can be selected only once and becomes permanent after it is saved. Avatars are currently assigned automatically and cannot be changed from Settings.
KYC (Know Your Customer) is an identity check we may request for a small number of accounts flagged for review. The vast majority of users never need to complete it. If it ever becomes necessary, you will see a prompt on your Profile page with a secure link. The process is handled quickly by a trusted verification partner.

A task may be rejected or reversed when a provider does not confirm a valid completion, its requirements were not met, or the completion was duplicated or later reversed. The Tasks section shows the current status but not a detailed rejection reason; contact Support with the task ID if you need help.
Rewards are credited only after the partner confirms a valid completion. Some confirmations are immediate, while others can take several business days depending on the provider and offer. Confirmed rewards are added in points, with 1,000 points equal to $1.00 at the current conversion rate.
SproutCents currently accepts crypto withdrawal requests starting from 1,000 points ($1.00). The wallet displays the applicable minimum before you submit a request, and thresholds may change. Additional payout methods are not currently available.
The current estimated processing time for crypto withdrawal requests is 24-48 hours. This is an estimate rather than a guarantee, and security or manual reviews may take longer.
Share your unique link. When an invited user completes an eligible task, you receive a pending commission based on your current tier. Rates start at 5% and rise to 25% based on your all-time referral commission earnings. Pending commissions can be collected from the Referral page.
